意大利那不勒斯的女警恩维，目前只上夜班。她养有一头白色的大型犬，名为“阿银”，是晚间巡逻的时候会跟在身边的警犬。脾气很好，为人温和，故而经常会被新认识的人吐槽Envy（嫉妒）这个名字与她一点都不般配。因为性格和长相都很讨人喜欢，与邻居和同事们关系都不错，但有一次同事们在办公室里讨论的时候发觉她竟然没有一个深度交心的朋友。没有人特别清楚她的过去，警局的入职档案里写着她和她的阿银是从澳大利亚搬来意大利定居的，可是说英语的口音却是美式英语。她有向男友透露过自己出生在伊拉克，可是她偶尔会提起的小时候的故事与伊拉克的民俗完全不一样。

其真实身份是被记录在《吉尔伽美什史诗》中的神代英雄——天之锁·恩奇都。于美国政府私下进行的一场亚种圣杯战争中被召唤。阿银的真名乃银狼，是由魔术师所造的合成兽，因缘巧合之下召唤了从者Lancer·恩奇都。那场亚种圣杯战争最后在一片混乱的大爆炸中走向了荒唐的结局，银狼和恩奇都作为最后幸存的一组获得了圣杯。恩奇都选择和他的御主生活在一起，于是许愿获得了肉身，得以在圣杯战争结束之后也能存活下来。为了躲避魔术师们的骚扰，他乔装成女性，隐姓埋名，持着假护照离开了美国。先是去了远离美国的澳大利亚，可是那里是英联邦的范围，有不少时钟塔的分部据点。最后他们搬去了意大利，不知为何那里明明有着悠久的历史，可是魔术师势力却完全被压在当地黑帮势力之下。“恩维”这个假名并没有什么特殊的隐喻，仅仅只是因为和他真名有着相同的开头发音、以及代表的颜色是和他发色相同的绿色。
