Andromeda (or 'Andy' for short) was the second dragon to join the newly-formed clan, coming from the lair of a close friend to Nimbus and Cirrus. Nimbus is very close to her and considers her his first daughter. She is incredibly loving and peaceful. She holds an extremely high status within the clan due to her closeness with the matriarch and patriarch; if Nimbus and Cirrus are ever away from the lair, she is the temporary leader, and does so with a clear mind and open heart.

While the clan leaders and some of the other high-ranking members (including her mate Alto) are often traveling outside of the clan, Andy prefers to stick close to home, and as she gets older she has found a special appreciation for quiet activities. She enjoys sitting in Plum's garden, reading or writing, and occasionally she'll even sing, especially with prompting from her son Wildfire and his mandolin.

Because of her gentle and quiet nature, Andromeda has become the dragon in the clan that others come to for advice. Even Ramiel, usually silent, has been known to open up to her on occasion. About what? She'd never tell.
