Guards the clan's nests- parent dragons can usually look after the eggs themselves and are almost always there for the hatching, but there are often circumstances that prevent constant watch and protection. Albion makes sure the eggs don't float away, bump into each other, or mix into other nests, and similarly helps guide the hatchlings out of their nests when they are born, often disoriented by gravity and unused to walking.

A lot of the ornamentation isn't so much for vanity as it is to attract the near constant attention of easily distracted hatchlings. He is almost always the Shiniest (and therefore most interesting) figure in the nesting hall at any given moment, which has the benefit of entertaining and herding the newborn dragons.

This has the disadvantage of leaving him with bruises and bite-marks as hatchlings yank and gnaw on the jewelry, but he did undergo training for a reason. Mostly, he thinks they're cute, and is happy he can just walk and incidentally drag some hatchlings along instead of having to, you know. Carry all of them at once or risk losing some.
