Biography

-Meat brought to life
-Ashfall's daughter?
-Has to be kept in a big fridge
-WyvernTales has given her a bone to gnaw on. It's her favorite thing!

Hmmm backstory:

"Are you sure about this, Ashfall", the Gwydion asked.

"Yes, of course, I am. I've been preparing for months." He looked down at the pile of meat before him from this morning's catch. It was grotesque, he admits, reanimating a pile of dead animal meat. Of course, he had a reason. His fellow mage and former mentor Eden had created a dragon from recycled metal, and that creature had no dragon qualities to speak of other than looking like a Ridgeback. If creating life was going to be done properly, it would be done with something that was once alive.

For once, he would do something strange and experimental. For once, he would do something better than Eden.

"I know that", Gwydion said. Moving closer to the Wildclaw while strange liquid sloshed in his clear belly, he placed a soft talon on Ashfall's arm. "It's just that creating life is a lot of responsibility. It could easily go wrong, and I wouldn't want this creature to end up abandoned like me or disabled like Velvet."

"It won't, I promise", he said, softly. "I would never let that happen."

Gwydion nodded, reluctantly. He stepped back and eyed the meat with mild disgust. "Well, I'm ready to see you create life."

Ashfall smiled. "Just a moment then."

Ashfall carefully placed a handful of items on the floor before him: leaves taken from the depths of the Behemoth, a vial of ooze taken from the cauldron of the Wyrmwound, a bottle of wind magic harvest from the Twisting Crescendo, a dagger forged in the Great Furnace, sand from the Charged Barrens, and a shard taken from the Crystalspine Reaches. The leaves would give this creature life; the ooze would give it the strength to survive; the wind magic would imbue it with joy; the dagger would teach it about temper and passion; the sands would give them the ambition of Lightning elementals, and the shard would introduce curiosity.

Each item would give them a taste of life and love, contrary to what Nocturne had received. His energy was purely arcane, a curious but hollow shell of a creature. This creature would have a beating heart, a brain, and a soul.

Once each item was placed, Ashfall closed his eyes and focused on their energies, thrumming under the weight of Light magic of the territory. He channeled each energy, beginning with the Nature magic, one by one, into the meat pile. The elemental magics permeated through the meat and swirled around its core each in harmony. When finally, Ashfall opened his eyes, the meat started... moving.

Gwydion cursed in astonishment as the meat began to contort into the shape of a baby dragon. Meaty talons sprouted from its body, and jagged teeth protruded from it's slowly opening mouth. Finally, four eyes blinked open and looked at Ashfall then Gwydion and then Ashfall again. Suddenly, the creature smiled and began wagging its tail like a puppy.

It spoke immediately, a childish yet feminine voice, "Hi, are you my parents?"

"Uh, he is", Gwydion pointed at Ashfall. Viscera smiled wider, revealing her teeth, and began to scurry up to Ashfall on wobbly legs.

Ashfall smiled, proudly. "Careful now."

The Wildclaw scooped up the meat creature into his arms and held her close. "I'm not going to let anything hurt you, I promise."

Ashfall sniffled, holding his- well, his child, his very own, and Gwydion patted his back with his wing as tears started to fall from Ashfall's eyes. "You know what? I'm proud of you, Ashfall."

"Thank you." He wiped his eyes with his tail. "I'm proud of myself. I think I'm going to name her... Viscera."

"Oh uh." The toy's smile faltered before he nodded. "That's a great name."

"I know." Ashfall started to cry.

Gwydion continued patting his back and comforting him. When finally the crying ceased, Gwydion left the two, so that they could play tag. Everything seemed well for Ashfall and Viscera until it was decidedly not well. You see, along with not including Shadow, Water, Light, and Earth magic, Ashfall made an incredible mistake when he didn't include Ice magic.

It was only a few days before Ashfall started to see mold spots growing on his dear daughter and realized that she was in ddanger. That's why he a dedicated a room to be a giant refrigerator. It a sealed off-room, that Eden froze over with ice magic for Viscera's use. Now, she spends most of her day in this room, and Ashfall does too, not wanting her to feel abandoned. He has hired a dragon from outside of the clan to harvest an artifact from the Southern Icefield to imbue Viscera with. He is, however, worried that it will significantly alter Viscera's personality. After all, she has proven herself to be a sweet and emotional creature, and he wouldn't trade that for the world.

So far, this outsider has not returned, so the two must live in a fridge.
