Your dreams can become reality... The great king who holds domain over emotions, thoughts, and dreams. Saigyouji is an erratic and emotional force which thrives off of expression rather than power or knowledge. His given station as representative of this great lord has granted him the ability to synchronize with others emotions. He can feel everything others feel, no matter how well they can control such feelings, and even project those emotions onto other beings so they can feel it as well. This is a crucial tool, as Saigyouji can change the mood of an entire room within a few moments. Saigyouji cannot bear to raise a hand against a living creature whose emotions he can feel as well as his own. Because of this, the imperial is both a pacifist and a vegetarian. In fact, his ability is so keen that he can even feel the final emotions of already dead entities, forcing the king to often take dinner in his own isolated quarters so he can avoid feeling the horrified last emotions of his companions meals. Out of the Four Lords, Saigyouji is the most keen on pleasing everyone. His preferences are based off of everyone's happiness, and the desire to see his clan enjoying peace and tranquility. Laws that involve war and combat are often disliked by the imperial, as he prefers to keep the peace and communicate disturbances through language rather than force. Due to his nature, he is also always the very last dragon to make a decision out of the lot of them. Political meetings often turn into the other three dragons trying to sway him in their favor and hasten the process. |
