DAEDALUS
Alchemist
Daedalus made his first foray into alchemy when he was still but a hatchling. He’d crept up to an unattended cauldron full to the brim with strange, bubbling liquid, and, in his excitement, spilled the concoction all over himself. Luckily, the potion had cooled enough so that he wasn’t injured in the accident, but his his scales were forever stained a mottled blue.

The cauldron incident did nothing to curb his enthusiasm for science--rather, it seemed to encourage him. From then on, he began collecting any and all alchemy texts he could get his claws on, regardless of whether they were reputable or not.
He studied them thoroughly, absorbing every detail and memorizing every technique. Before long, he began brewing potions of his own invention, earning him the position of clan alchemist. Nowadays, he has clientele from every corner of Sunbeam Ruins.

Though Daedalus is nowhere near as clumsy as he was as a hatchling, he still does have the odd accident every now and then. Fortunately, he’s long learned how to heal every injury that befalls him, so his accidents don’t hinder him much. Daedalus is warm and cheerful, and he becomes fast friends with almost everyone he meets. He is devoted first and foremost to his craft, and nothing makes him happier than seeing his work benefit his clan.
