Equipped with revolutionary Hazardously Overloaded Resource Neutralizer (H.O.R.N.) technology, these highly-skilled technicians are able to quickly redirect excess electricity away from any dragon or device, all from an arguably reasonable distance of one keratinous protrusion; when faced with an overloaded asset, they bury their claws, tails and wingtips into the earth and gently prod the object/individual with their horn, producing a controlled discharge which is then swiftly deposited into the ground.
