Baruka thought the coliseum to be a bit...barbaric for her tastes. Unfortunately she needed something from it. No, not money, not glory nor fame. She needed scales and feathers. To make the kind of brew she was planning, she needed specifically dragon scales and feathers. Most were unwilling to give them up, at least not in bulk so she had to get creative.

Unconcerned about her safety, she joined the arena to gather what she needed. This proved quite amusing to the crowd as they watched her collecting materials off of the bloodied ground while her opponents tried to attack her. None of the attacks ever landed, her magic deflecting each one. She was busy. Never did she fight back, instead simply waiting until her foe exhausted themselves and forfeited. At least her bag was becoming heavy with supplies, even if they were a little...stained.
