"It is my belief that, to truly know the Light, you must see the Shadow in yourself and be able to accept it without fear of losing your inner Light."

Nari Bleurose is the matriarch and founder of this whole operation, managing everything that needs to be done. She seems to never lose her temper even in the center of this chaos, assigning dragons to roles that work best for them and setting the course of the ship while managing the goods. Although diplomacy is favoured, when fighting needs to be done, she will do it with her mate Azarath. The two work brilliantly as a pair in combat, but no one is sure whether they love, hate or tolerate each other, despite their bond as charge and guardian. It's a mystery to most and one that many fear to solve.

She is almost never seen without those who she calls her 'Brothers.' It's rumored that once the three all served under another Matriarch before Nari led the other two elsewhere due to disagreeing with the unethical policies of that clan. Since then, Azarath never leaves her side and has taken her as his charge while Felix can often be seen making her laugh and cringe in disgust with his strange habits. It just goes to show her tolerant nature which has a curious hint of a 'no nonsense' attitude. The three aren't the best among dragons, but they treat everyone with the care of a family as best they can. They are Clan Bleurose, one unit working towards a common goal.

Her real brother, Xavier, is in close communication with her. Once head of his own clan and a master with ice magic, he ran his clan with a cold but fair claw until he decided it was just not to his tastes, and so moved to his siblings lair. Nari is very fond of her blood brother and despite the fact they are polar opposites in almost every way, its said that the two complete each other in a way no one else could do for either of them.

Her whip sword, Zafar, seems to be her most precious possession, even more so than her pearl. It glows with both red and green light and she is never seen without it. It can be seen as one of her weaknesses due to her emotional attachment to it, but since its also her weapon, all who have tried to take it have been killed by this "weakness." Other powers include her strange affinity with the air, utilising this power to increase her flying agility and her weapons precision. It seems to make up for her lack of physical strength and the pearlcatcher often covers Azarath from the air with her whipsword while he uses his physical strength below.

Her title seems to refer to her ability to control the 'storm' of the clan with her level headedness and many years of experience. Her birth in shadow has led her to understand the darker sides of life but Nari truly serves the Lightweaver, bringing glory to her deities name at every opportunity.

But the Pearlcatcher has her vices, and one of them is alcohol. In the past, the Pearlcatcher used be a bartender and so knows a lot about alcohol of all kinds, much to the delight of other alcohol drinkers in the lair. She's not as bad as she used to be, but indulges from time to time with Mojito and Nuvoe. Luckily it's not too often, but she's known to drink excessively in periods of extreme stress
