"A home is where the heart lies, no matter how far you may travel from it." That was what an old dragon told her. He smiled sleepily as he uttered those words, eyes staring through her at the distant past. What memories was he conjuring up? What feelings? Primrose knew where she came from, it didn't feel right. So where could she too experience such feelings? She held these thoughts close to her as she traveled. Through valleys and swamps, forests and mountains, nothing ever brought forth such a gentle smile as that one dragon.

Weeks, months, she no longer could tell how long it's been. Her legs grew longer, vision sharper, wings fuller. Has it been years? Primrose shook her head, taking a quick break at a large rock. This place was no good either, it too dull. The large forest behind her looked more promising, but even so she didn't want to stay there. Wearily sighing, she set off again, her feet dragging now as she stepped foot into the grassland... Until she came upon the strangest sight. In the distance, she saw a wasteland, yet instead of the normal dry shrubbery and stumpy trees, it looks as if it had been the remains of a large garden, expanding beyond the horizon.

Intrigued, she corrected her course, her curiosity overwhelming her. It didn't help that there was a tug in her chest, pulling her towards this strange sight. She stepped over the remains of what looked to be thorns, a row that seemed to go for miles in each direction. Withered vines and dried flowers littered the ground, ash floating into the air with each light step. Questions bombarded her left and right, lifting her spirits with each step she took.

What happened here? How big was this garden? Is there nothing left of the flower and fauna? Who used to live here? Were they still around? Were they hurt? But the biggest question that resounded in her head was - "Could I stay here, could this be home? Is this what my heart was leading me to?"

Primrose forged ahead, pace quickening in excitement, especially when she saw something colorful in the distance. Was that... a runestone? She slowed, examining it when she came closer. It was large, coming up to her chest, yet it was cracked and covered in thick dried vines. The color glowed from the rune carvings, a soft pale pink. Sadness filled her at the sight of it. Once it would have been a beautiful monument, glowing day and night like a beacon, with flowers blooming around it. Yet all that remained was a husk of vines and the dust of petals. She ran a claw reverently along the stone and a single tear ran along her cheek.

The tear landed on a rune, causing small sparks of lightning to fly everywhere. What? Primrose watched the tear drip down in confusion, the liquid making a small trail until it landed on the roots of a long dead flower. Nothing happened for a moment, yet Primrose held her breath in anticipation. Her tears never sparked before. A few seconds went by yet nothing else happened. She almost turned away when a small bud began to grow. And then another, and another. Small little baby's breath buds were popping up in a variety of colors - whites, yellows, pinks.

Could her tears bring life to this desolate place? Small blades of grass were struggling to push through the cracked ground. Her eyes darted around, hope brewing in her. She'll find a way to harness whatever her tears did. If there was no one left in this garden, then she will revitalize it and call it home.

Home, yes, it had a nice ring to it.

In an unknown region lies a a massive garden. The garden is split four ways, each infused with a different element [plague, lightning and light]. However, the south area was lost to the growing shade that is encroaching on the boarders on each area, swallowing and mutating everything it touches. The first three guardians, the first three children of the Goddess of Thorns and Roses, were appointed to defend and fight off the shade.
