Biography

Mortimer
Mire Flyer | leveler

As a hatchling, Mortimer was different from the others, as they lay in patches of sun and play in puddles of water, he would be training himself to be a warrior. He would battle trees with sticks or Bows and arrows. His clan, of course, was one of peace. They tried to veer him away from fighting and tried to get him to play with his peers but it would always end in him wrestling with them until they begged for mercy. His parents became worried for his future. They saw no need for a warrior in their clan. His father talked to him about it. Mortimer knew people did not like him in his adolescence, but his own parents? During the fragile bridge between adolescence and adulthood, Mortimer Left his clan. The night he left was not rainy, or gloomy. It was a perfectly beautiful night. Mortimer Recalls the forest only being lit by the bright light of the full moon. He wandered around most of sorneith. He had settled in a few clans, though none of them had seemed right. Finally, he stumbled upon The Dreamers Clan. They had needed an experienced warrior to train up their hatchlings and eager dragons. Mortimer, of course, was not experienced, but in their desperation, they accepted him into the clan. Now he is a valued member of the clan. He trains dragons to go to the Gladekeeper, or to travel to other needy clans. If you asked around, other dragons would say that he is calloused, but caring. He has only trusted a few dragons in the clan with the images of his childhood. He would rather not think about it. He hopes that one day he can settle down with his mate and retire from being a trainer.
