Biography
Name: Forest / Fern
Occupation: Dancer
Forest was not like your typical ferocious, fire-breathing creature. He had a secret passion for dance! Yes, you heard it right, this dragon loved nothing more than twirling, jumping, and sashaying to the rhythm of music. But in the dragon world, dance was considered highly unorthodox, so Forest's inclinations were constantly misunderstood.
One fine morning, as the sun's rays glimmered through the thick canopy of trees, Forest woke up with a sudden fervor to explore the world and learn new dances. He had grown tired of his friends laughing at his graceful moves, mistaking them for elaborate warm-up exercises before unleashing catastrophic fire. It was high time for Forest to embark on a journey of self-discovery, or as he liked to call it, a "dance-o-venture."
With his shiny emerald-green scales glistening under the sunlight, Forest set off towards the nearest village square, known for its lively market and bustling street performances. He figured it would be the perfect place to observe dancers, learn their fantastic moves, and maybe even find his own niche.
As Forest approached the village, filled with a mix of trepidation and excitement, he realized that blending in with the locals would be a bit of a challenge. You see, dragons are not known for their subtlety. Forest thought hard about how to hide his identity. Suddenly, a brilliant idea struck him – a giant, sparkly tutu! Forest hurriedly found an abandoned circus wagon and fashioned a tutu from its leftover embellishments.
Wearing his makeshift disguise, Forest entered the village square and started observing the dancers in secret. With every sway of their hips and each twirl they executed, Forest's heart leaped with joy. He was mesmerized by their graceful movements and wanted nothing more than to join them.
Despite his excitement, Forest was apprehensive about revealing himself to the dancers. He remembered an old saying his grandmother used to tell him: "A dancing dragon may face countless pranks, but it takes courage to cha-cha-cha in a crowd." Summoning all his bravery, Forest strutted right up to a group of dancers and introduced himself as Fern, a peculiar, twinkle-toed individual with a love for rhythm and motion.
Forest’s "tutu" disguise was fooling the dancers, who were thoroughly impressed by Fern's incredible flexibility and finesse. So much so that they invited him to join their dance troupe. As the music began, Fern unleashed a dance routine that was nothing short of spectacular. He incorporated daring leaps, twirling his massive wings like a professional ballerina, and even threw in a few well-timed fire-breathing bursts as special effects.
The crowd was in awe, unable to believe what they were seeing. Dance had never been so exhilaratingly fiery! The villagers cheered, and Fern basked in their applause. With each day that passed, he continued performing, bringing joy and laughter to the villagers with his innovative dance moves.
News of Fern the dragon's breathtaking performances spread like wildfire, capturing the attention of dance enthusiasts from all corners of the world. Prominent choreographers started flocking to the village, eager to collaborate with the extraordinary dragon. Fame and fortune came knocking at Fern's door, but all he ever cared about was the sheer joy of dancing.
Forest Set off on his journey to learn new dance moves and kept a journal during his travels.
