Quiet, energetic, athletic, sometimes too agreeable. She has a tendency to rush ahead, which sometimes puts herself at risk of either getting lost or being in danger
Inventory:
Growing up, Vayne was considered the middle child of her parent's 6 hatchlings; always receiving hand-me-downs, too old for the younger hatchlings, and too young for the older hatchlings. She kept to herself most of the time, fine-tuning her craft of using liquid shadow to create little toys for her younger siblings, or to pull pranks on her older siblings (although, that didn't last long, as her parents convinced her to stop after it went too far). Always the people pleaser, she went along with whatever she was told, and was especially gullible when she was little. When she came of age, she decided to move out and find a clan of her own, where she met her partners Cyphermage and Anda. She had always been confident in her identity, although she prefers to take part more in providing support for the younger members of the LGBTQ+ community, rather than going to parades or similar events. Life was going good for her. Everything seemed perfect.
Then, the nightmares started, and people got sick. The dead were buried almost monthly, and yet many reported seeing them wandering in the forest, or even calling for help in their nightmares. Soon enough, the Shade was proven to be the cause, and everyone went into a panic. Lots of the clan's members fled to their original deities' territories. Prophets and mages called to the Eleven for help, but received no reply. Soon enough, the clan disbanded. Vayne and Cypher, agreeing that the Pillar of the World would be the safest place to go, decided to follow Anda to the Earthshaker's domain; first stopping at Anda's birth clan, hoping to get help. However, it seems that the home Anda once knew is no longer around, which leads to the current point of the story, where they have traveled to the city of Terraclae, hoping to find a survivor or two there, where it's more sheltered.
