Glacier was named for her imposing size and strength, as well as her fairly slow-moving nature (usually - she can, and does, move very quickly when she needs to). She joined the order of Seekers once she was old enough to do so, and has become an expert at seeking out and containing the Shade. Unfortunately, she's also a bully who likes to push others around, especially those who don't fit the Icewarden's apparent standards.

Glacier is one of the highest-ranking Seekers of the prison she works in, and exercises her authority heavily. Aurora, one of her most frequent targets, was frequently assigned to seek alongside Glacier - and so was Khione, Aurora's best friend. As such, Glacier would often push them around whenever any of them had to seek together.
