Game Database FAQ

Q: What are these "Dom Shops" mentioned in the comments? A: Dom Shops are threads run by friendly users that have the 15% 1st place Dominance discount! When ordering from a shop, please read their first page posts, and be patient when ordering. The Marketplace can sometimes take a while to restock an item. Additionally, if there's a new gene available, Dom Shops might not accept orders for them, as many users are likely to be buying them up quick! Q: How does the Marketplace restock, exactly? A: The Marketplace can restock every 5 minutes, on Flight Rising time! Example: 00:00, 00:05, 00:10, 00:15. Swipp's Swap Stand happens to exactly be on Flight Rising time, and is the best way to see if the Marketplace restocks! It just counts down in reverse. Q: Why are there no commas for the prices listed for items? A: Currently, and unfortunately, commas break a Crossroads trade. Example: if you were trying to send "123,000" t, you may accidentally end up sending "123" t in the trade. It's also because it's easy to copy and paste the prices! Q: Why aren't usernames listed for usermade guides/mentioned threads or posts? A: It's just in case a user changes their username! I can't edit a comment once I've posted it. If you like a guide or a user's work, let them know! I'm just cataloguing for convenience. Q: Something's wrong/out-of-date/not working any more in one of your comments! Can you repost it? A: Sure! Tell me which one it is by PM with the title "Game Database: wrong info" or "Game Database: broken link" and what exactly is off about the comment, and I'll look into fixing it. I'd rather have accurate info written than something that's off.
