the golden bantham fangar familiar was bc cecils smoky bantam fangar familiar is purple, and so at the time, i thought the yellow cat-like familiar for kevin was too perfect as a counterpart to pass up. granted they werent as expensive back in late 2014-early 2015, and in my defense i did not have the most cost-efficient logic as a young teen. however the familiar has been glued to him so long i dont rlly wanna remove it now lol
the uma was an impulsive spur of the moment purchase bc i thought it suited him thematically. i dont even headcanon the character kevin to have extra mouths
