Biography
"You've wandered a little too far there, stranger." The imperial paused, head twisting around to seek out his unexpected company. His whiskers fanned out in the dense, soupy air, forest hot and cloyingly humid around him. It was almost enough to drink, heavy in his muzzle as he subtly tried to drink in the faint breeze, looking for a scent, any clue as to what might happen next. Yet, despite his best efforts to scan his surroundings, no companion seemed forthcoming.
At least, until she bled from the jungle's dappled shadows as though a part of the land herself. Long and sinewy, corded with lithe muscle and gleaming like polished bronze wherever the light touched. Her underbelly shone like golden drops of rain during a sundown sun shower, brilliant in fleeting moments, before shadowed angles hid her glow again. Emerald was her mane and mantle, different verdant shades and pops of autumnal yellow melding well with the foliage behind her. His fellow imperial flowed towards him in steady, powerful strides, holding herself with all the poise, pride, and grace a poet could dream of. She was also, he noted, over thrice his size.
"My apologies, fair lady. I didn't realize I'd crossed into anyone's territory, and meant no disrespect or challenge with my intrusion." Azar bowed lowly, holding his position as the other continued to near. Holding it as she stopped a mere dragon length away, settling some up on her haunches. Only daring to peer upwards, to let his head rise again, after he heard an exasperated chuff. Blue eyes met green, the delicate scales upon her face shifting as another might arch a brow.
"Be at ease, stranger. If I thought you bore any ill will, you wouldn't have made it this far."
