-Born in our very own Starwood Strand, Primera might be the least mysterious dragon you'll find around here, for a welcome change of pace surely. They come from a small family who used to own farmland back further out in the Isles, before moving to Starwood to raise their expected hatchling somewhere more comfortable with a decent but inexpensive education system, putting their skills to use as foragers for profit instead in the bountiful woodlands of Starwood. Primera was a good kid, sociable and always friendly, who got on well in class and showed a great interest in the sciences. Aided well by a strong foundational knowledge of nature and plant-life from their parents. They left Starwood for a few years to pursue further study of the alchemic arts in the Astrolodome, before returning with a job offer from SAR in their pocket for their very keen insight on the area of research and expertise concerning the flora of the Starfall Isles that further helps our investigations of anomalous activity at home, as well as more creative alchemical recipes from more obscure sources. They're perhaps not the biggest personality in town, though they certainly seem like they're trying to be sometimes, but they're a welcome and known part of home. Well, welcome might be a bit much when we're talking about a member of SAR... their family might be appreciated, sure, but no one can deny there was an air of disappointment about people when they learned the family was now involved with the facility. It's a good thing they can still rely on Cecil - though for how long? Who knows. Because they're the only dragon that the dragon who loves everyone doesn't like.
-Like mentioned above, there is quite literally only one dragon in the world who Primera seems to dislike. It has been a romantic at heart for just about its entire life, always fawning over everyone it would meet and regarding them with far more friendliness than you might usually expect. It tries its best to be polite about it, at least - it'll never cross an established boundary and is more than capable of knocking off the dreamy flirting when asked. Though they'll never stop treating you like you've been friends for years already, really. It's always happy to lend a hand, really it's kind of exciting being asked and trusted to do something for someone else!! <3 You can trust it'll be done with plenty of care, Primera always handles everything with a gentle claw despite their excitement and pays attention to details where it really matters. Which is, y'know, when it comes to tasks and activities. Not so much dragons. If it was a good judge of character, it wouldn't act the way it does with absolutely everyone surely, right? Maybe it is aware, and just doesn't care. Maybe by willingly seeking out a job at SAR despite growing up with all the rumors of it being shady, it's making a statement about its own character. Being friendly, being this big smooth-talking charming romantic, that doesn't automatically mean your intentions are... good. Some might say that without the rose tinted glasses, you'd see the flags were always red. Cecil certainly has. Hard not to when you find yourself taken off guard by the alchemist with a silver tongue regarding you with scorn. But for what reason? Well, who could really say?
