B I O G R A P H Y
Hollyhock hails from a shadow lair that holds friendly standing with this clan, being adopted into this clan at a young age. Since joining this clan, she has become a beloved member, welcomed by the other hatchlings as one of their own, many trying to claim her as an unofficial sibling. During her teenage years, she took up story telling and dance as side hobbies as she studied to become a nursery attendant. Her talents entertaining the young and their parents alike. During this time, she found her own River flight and familiar, Henry. With adulthood came her skills being recognized. . .Not her nursery skills of course, but her much more impressive hobbies instead. Her stories easily keeping the attention of those who listen and her acrobatic air tricks awing those who watched. Such skills drew the attention of the circus ringleader Salvia, who hired her on as her second in command. Today, Hollyhock works in the circus alongside Salvia as the secondary ringleader, her act drawing the attention of many visitors to the circus. Her ability to swing and spin around suspended hoops, never once getting dizzy despite doing flips and twirls and complex spins with her familiar is something that has impressed the other performers there. When she's not performing, she's in her own, smaller tent, telling stories to those who come to listen. ~Henry will almost always be found riding around on Hollyhock's back. . .Because he's just a lil' baby~ |

D I A R Y
First day at the circus! I'm so nervous, I remember having so much fun here as a hatchling! I hope I can fit in. . . Mix took me to Seaglass's shop to get me some Lapis jewels to spice up my act! They look so pretty and sparkly! I love it! Had a little trouble with one of our acts today, I just couldn't figure out how to stick the landing right while still catching Henry. Salvia noticed my struggle and spent all day helping me, It's a bit easier now, but I still don't feel comfortable with this act, so I won't be doing it for a while. Look, It wasn't planned, yes. It was dangerous, yes. But that little stunt of mine was awesome, and we pulled it off without a hitch. I fail to see why the others keep fussing over the fact I could have gotten hurt. So. . .Despite being scolded constantly for the last 'little stunt I pulled', Salvia just gave me my own solo act at our busiest hour! This is only encouraging me further. I just got a new book of fables from Poet today! I can't wait to read them all! Just have to finish training and my team chores before I can head to my nest. These fables are awesome! I can't wait until I can start telling them at my tent to the visitors! -The bottom border of the pages are decorated with cartoon-y pictures of Grey river flights- |
