Biography
You swiftly dodge the attack of your enemy, but before you can use their surprise to your advantage, another soldier leaps at you from seemingly nowhere and you just barely manage to block their ambush. So far, this battle for territory against a smaller Ashfall Wastes clan has gone terribly for Triwing, despite the latter having an army at least three times as big. You know why that is thought - the enemy clan may have a disadvantage in numbers, but they are a family. There is more than power at hand in this battle- they need to fight for the ones they love, while the front line the Triwing army is nothing but a disarray of confused, desperate prisoners. You block another attack, but your Triwing spear™ snaps in half this time. You gaze up at the looming peril in front of you, but just then, an ear-piercing shriek and the crashing of thunder echoes from the smoky haze behind you. Your opponents freeze, but so do you.
Suddenly, horrifyingly large wings cut through the wall of dark clouds that engulfs the battle. Another shriek, but this time you must cover your ears. Lighting dances across the battlefield and you hear panicked screams in the distance, some cut short. You snap back to reality, quickly snagging the remaining half of your spear and jamming it between the armor plates on your enemy's neck before you retreat to find a new weapon. In your desperate flee, you catch a large shape in the corner of your eye. You turn, and your eyes widen in shock. An enormous serpent, alight with lightning bolts, tears foe and friend apart with it's endless sharply-cut body. It can’t be! Everyone in the Triwing army knows this dragon well, but no one actually believed they were real. It is the icon everyone was pushed so hard to worship since day one. They are the mythical fusion of light and lightning, Aratiri.
