Biography

"Change will happen, and I have learned to adapt and move with it. I will not let myself be destroyed by it."

Meldin seems to be a bit too occupied with her corpse cleaner to notice you. She's constantly flicking her feathery tail around in the air, as if she can't keep still.

Meldin is a young, lively and curious little dragon. She seems to have an almost endless stream of energy, which proves well for her in the Coliseum and not-so-well for her foes. Her small body allows her more agile movements on the battlefield. This shows, as her 'signature' movement is to fake a hit with her tail, which causes the enemy to dodge, only to reel around and snap at them with her teeth and claws.

Her body was not meant to be so tiny, however, as Meldin is not naturally of Nocturne blood.
As a hatchling, her curiosity was at it's peak; she had to learn the hard way to be careful, as there are consequences for her actions and that those consequences are not always on her side.
She had managed to wiggle her way into the clan's hoard and started rummaging around to see what shiny, interesting things she could find. A scroll, specifically one that would change her form, found it's way into the inquisitive Imperial's little paws. Having yet to learn how to read the strange runes on the parchment, she had read it off -- but not correctly. The dragon's shape changed to that of a recently found breed; a nocturne. But some things are off about Meldin's new shape. She still has remnants of the crimson fur that was once on her tail, though now they've turned to soft feathers, and the antlers that most, if not all, imperials are born with.

While she was still wandering around the hoard, Meldin managed to find a many-legged creature with giant, branched-out antlers much like she had. The hatchling took a liking to this bug since "It's like me; it really looks like it shouldn't have horns like this, but it works with them anyways."

The dragoness says she in no way regrets her choice, but a quote you'll constantly hear from her is: "Have you any idea how confusing it is to go from four fingers to two? How do you even fly without feathers?"

Exalting Meldin to the service of the Gladekeeper will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
