(He/him) Stormtalon, mate of Lightningwake

Stormtalon hatched into a clan in the Shifting Expanse, domain of the Stormcatcher, on the Highland Scrub. He grew up alongside Lightningwake, but it wasn't until he was older that he realized his true feelings for her. However, he was scared to ruin their friendship, so he didn't tell her. When the Beastclans reached the Shifting Expanse, Lightningwake fled in fear over the ocean, and so Stormtalon followed her. When they reached the Windswept Plateau, they found the land devastated and deserted due to a terrible storm, with more storm clouds looming on the horizon. Stormtalon and Lightningwake set off even farther east, to the Starfall Isles, but the new storm caught up to them. Lightningwake wasn't strong enough to fly through the strong winds and fell into the ocean. Her screams were lost in the wind, but Stormtalon will never forget the terror on her face as she plummeted from the sky. Not helping her was the hardest decision Stormtalon has ever made. If he'd tried, he would fall too and both of them would drown. He regretfully followed his head and continued to the Isles without Lightningwake. He barely made it to land, and fell from the clouds onto Focal Point, where he then trudged toward the Observatory. He found a clan near the Oculus of the Eleven, and Virlinia accepted him in. Weeks later, thanks to Virlinia's efforts, Lightningwake was found, and Stormtalon tearfully reunited with her. He found the courage to tell her how he felt, and they are now officially mates. Stormtalon loves hunting and gathering alongside Lightningwake, who looks for flowers to sell, but especially enjoys exploring closer to the Southern Icefields.

As soon as Lighningwake's eggs hatched, he knew that they couldn't be his. Both hatchlings were mirror dragons, not obelisks. At first, he was furious, but then he learned the full story. He forgave his mate, and agreed to raise the hatchlings as his own. He even accepted an offer by the queen to mate with Aurora and have hatchlings that were truly his own, though when most of them were traded away, he began to focus more on Cyan, one of Lightningwake's hatchlings.
