5397.png 		Castiel found her hiding among a glade of reeds near Windstar Bay. He, like Fog, is sensitive to the future—able to look through smoke and crystal to find his fated path. Moreover, he can feel the emotions of others.

It was some combination of this that led him to that hushed, quiet spot among the tall rushes. The girl crouched there had obviously been crying, pouring her heart out to the deities. Her head whipped around when he appeared, almost as if she expected a deity to answer.
But it was just him.

He came toward her slowly, shining in the dying sun. With a reassuring tip of his head and a gentle nuzzle, he shared her pain. Her burden eased.They sat next to each other for hours, watching the light crescendo and fade over the bay, painting curtains of dancing gold on the lucid waters. When darkness fell, he silently touched the tips of his wings to her. She belonged with him now, and to the larger clan.

Now, Casie has a place.
She is a third generation Pearlcatcher who has found her soulmate in Castiel, a Priest. They adore one another, though sometimes his duties consume his time. He is a kind, gentle, studious dragon, working to become the Skydancer Council’s Priest.

Casie’s duties are harder to pin down. Daidra may be the heart of the clan, but Casandra is its soul. She and her soul-bound lover watch the little ones and help out wherever is needed. As a result, they are tremendously popular in the clan, though some find Casandra off-putting.
She isn’t afraid to speak her mind. She left the Sunbeam Ruins and journeyed through the Juvenile Starsweeper, and doesn’t associate herself with the Pearlcatcher Society.
Instead, she has pledged her life and purpose above these things, vowing to serve the Windsinger and the Windsinger alone.

There is a massive buzz through the clan, as Castiel and Casandra’s hatchlings are always welcome additions.
