______As a Barghest, Tamara must sustain herself on the energy of other dragons. Most traditional Bargheists lure victims into endless dreams, where they slowly drain them of their soul until they are nothing more. Tamara, not too keen on the idea of having to destroy dragons entirely (not to mention how difficult it is to keep a friend group in those conditions), sticks to filling herself up with the energy created during dreams... and maybe a little bit of their soul. She can't be helped if some of it slips in by mistake, of course. How does she manage this? By running a little shop around dream interpretation and insight. With her arcane element, she's able to recreate a patron's dreams around them via illusion magic, walking them through the events of the dream step by step. It's during this process that she takes in the energy of the dream, appeasing her endless appetite for the time being. Nightmares are her favorite - the more intense the better. They give Tamara the most fulfilling, most delicious bouts of energy, the distress and fear interlaced within the dream sprinkled in with bits of their soul create a most divine meal (pun intended). For the most part, this is all she wants out of the business, so her prices are relatively low. This leaves the patron satisfied with her services, though perhaps feeling a bit drained from the whole thing. The feeling is temporary, and the little bits of their soul that get taken never account to much unless they visit her shop on frequent occasions.

______Tamara is rather dog-like in appearance, sharing the snout and ears of a hound and a fluffier-than average body. It is during full moons that she morphs completely, closing her shop for the night to allow her to frolic through the snowfields, thick fur and adrenaline keeping her from feeling any cold. In this state, she is less in control of her appetite, and if she manages to find a poor unfortunate traveller during these times... well, it's not entirely her fault if she were to indulge in a proper meal. The bones get buried in snow rather quickly during storms, anyway. Right before attacking, Tamara casts a spell upon the victim to put them to sleep, imposing upon them terrible nightmares before she consumes them both spiritually and physically. A terrible way to go, surely, but as long as no one finds out about her excursions, there's no harm done, right? Tamara always turns back before dawn and settles in just in time to open her shop. Another busy day awaits. 		__
