Uh-oh, looks like this ornery witch wandered a little too far from her home lair (633029, BigB0yJENKINS), and now she is off to see the world. If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. Born in the heart of the Viridian Labyrinth, Tanya is a nature dragon through and through. Nature isn't nice. Tanya is a cantankerous old woman whose bark may be worse than her bite, but that's not saying much. Her words are blunt and her face is dour. That isn't to say that she is truly unkind. She has a soft spot for meek young dragons, and she hates a bully. Her honesty makes her advice sound and wise, and if she likes you enough, she might just give you some.
Tanya is a witch, whose vast knowledge of both flora and fauna allows her to make all manner of dubious potions and poultices. These can range from healing remedies to powerful brews that can make your head explode, and everything in between. What she wants more than anything is a little hut in the rainforest to continue her concoction-cooking, ALONE. Unfortunately, to achieve this goal she's got to get to the rainforest, and she can't do that without making her way through busy towns and bustling settlements full of annoying dragons. Whoopee.
Unfortunately for Tanya, a detour was in order. Instead of heading north, she was forced to head south, searching for a powerful herb that could only be found in the Southern Icefield. Thus she stumbled upon the Icewalker Clan. Though Tanya was as abrasive as usual, the clan medic, Freya, found her knowledge of herbal remedies intriguing. The two of them spent time exchanging their knowledge while Tanya was searching for the ingredients for her brews. Eventually she found what she was looking for, and the Bogsneak and Imperial were forced to say goodbye. If Tanya needs anything, the old war medic will always be a call away.
Here she met a large Clan of dragons doing sone kind of mineral research While Zeppelin the pharmacist found her remedies interesting she was confronted by someone perhaps more cantankerous than she. Bones the clan medic wanted nothing to do with her brews. The disagreement quickly escalated into a shouting match. She was told to get out with more colorful words. Zeppelin though welcomed her ideas so she would just be better off avoiding the grouchy old doctor.
Tanya's travels did not take her too far from Dragonhome, as she made a pitstop in a city called Highkeep for a little while. Unfortunately, her foul temper kept most dragons, even some of the nicest, away. Upon meeting Basil, Minnow, and Arvel, the city's healers, she did seem to soften a bit. While she was unsure why someone as socially anxious as Minnow would take on the often grueling task of being a healer, but the old Bogsneak's advice truly did help them for the better, providing them with material suggestions to make stronger, more effective poultices and medicine.
/Tanya stayed for a brief while in Crow Callers. She met a fellow Bogsneak who was also a witch and alchemist, named Sanya.
Tanya got along surprisingly well with Sanya, who even offered to make a gene scroll for her... but they soon found themselves disagreeing over what ingredients are necessary for this scroll.
Back to the drawing board - and the road - it was.
