Biography

Studious and dedicated to his work, Hurricane has even gone so far as to transform himself into a sandsurge in order to maximize his ability to focus. A weather-craftsman: he uses his innate control of the wind in order to adjust the clouds wind and rain.. for a price. Often he works in trying to mitigate disasters, but sometimes he's just as happy to help keep the skies clear on special days.
