An adept mage, Vinea often assists Rubus with the magical cultivation of the brambles and berries throughout the minor deity's domain. While her magic is significantly less potent than that of her clanmate's, the brighter Coatl helps to increase yield by protecting the plants from mold, disease, and pests. While she serves the clan as a mage most of the time, she also often travels to other territories in order to barter with Gestalt's excess, assist allies with her magic, or meet and make friends.

Vinea is confident, but not cocky; she is never one to overstate her abilities or pad her resume, so to speak. She is always eager to learn and improve herself; a mindset that lends itself well to her position working with Rubus. While Vinea knows that, with time, as the deity establishes herself, her own magic will become more redundant and less necessary when paired with Rubus's innate abilities, she is happy to learn what she can and be present to watch her friend's abilities and self confidence grow.
