~ Caretaker Helper ~
Seis have been affected by some mysterious magic since her birth as per the norm, Starbound's landbound spell misfiring and affecting a random hatchling, growing very very slowly until she stopped completely, she is somewhat locked in time, she doesn't grow up physically and will forever preserve her child-like mentality, but she can learn and is a very smart and sweet hatchling and unbeknownst to her parents, immortal .
She helps her mother and the other caretakers of the Nursery and loves with all her heart all the children that pass there by, sometimes when a batch grows up enough to move from the nursery she gets a little morose, since she knows she will never grow up like them, but then other hatchlings arrive and she's super excited to have new friends to make again!
She's very loved by all the caretakers and the dragons and creatures that had the chance to interact with her, without her knowledge she's incredibly well protected and when she goes on "solo adventures" around the town there's always a shadow keeping her safe.
Despite not seeing her old friends as when they lived in the nursery when they were hatchlings, many of them make sure to visit Seis if they live by or are passing around town, never forgetting their little older sister that made their childhood even more magical just with her presence and those that can't make sure to send her letters about their lives so far away from their birthplace.
