BIOGRAPHY
A citizen of the sunken city. Unlike most of the other citizens, Phreatic lives on the outside with his mate and charge, Strombolian. At first, his family worried about the guardian, as he was born in a desert and had never really experienced water like the thousand currents before. He took to it rather easily, having asked the lord of the city, Heard, for a spell to change his form to be with Strombolian. The Skydancer accepted his fealty and transformed him.
RELATIONS
Phreatic lives with Strombolian rather happily and helps the guards protect the city from time to time. He really respects Lord Heard. He doesn’t venture into the city often, so he has never watched a theatre production.
