Carandir holds a very important role in the Abersteth Citadel; he is in charge of making local deliveries. With his sturdy cart and sure-footed steed, Carandir transports goods-- and sometimes beastclan travelers-- to neighboring clans and elemental territories.
Carandir is very business-like in his transactions, bluntly snubbing any attempts at smalltalk and often bitterly reluctant to accept tips. He greatly prefers to make his delivery, receive the proper signatures, and be on his way to his next destination. Because of his cart, Carandir is able to make all manner of deliveries, regardless of size, disposition, or weight.
As far as his relations with the other couriers, Carandir finds them a chore to deal with and is often seen (and heard) harrying them to complete their assignments.
Despite an uptight, curt demeanor, Carandir is a classic, if mischievous, romantic that enjoys spending his free time with his mate, Oberon, and often steals his scarf to wear on long trips.

As of right now, Carandir only makes trips to Arcane, Plague, Shadow, and Nature territories.
