𓋒 Biography 𓋒

The storms on the beach next to Highland Scrub were brutal, yet his parents never moved. Even when they had children and the risk was increased tenfold, his parents never moved. Their love for each other was forbidden, illegal in some dragon's considerations.

This place was the only where they felt they wouldn't be discovered. Yet that did not mean their children's curiosity wasn't unbearable high, throwing forcefully quieted tantrums whenever they were not allowed out if the sounds of wings flapping high above in the sky were heard.

Though, it was only fair for them to act this way, they've read scrolls upon scrolls about the royal families and fake, cheery fairytales that were made to shutten up hatchlings for a bit whilst their parents worked. It all sounded wonderful for the younglings and that made them louder in their demands to be let out of the cave so they could finally hang out with others their age, not quite realizing the danger upon if they did that.

Well, expect for one of the siblings, whose name happened to be Beach. His curiosity for the outside world was stronger than the rest, having been caught multiple upon multiple of times trying to sneak his way out, being punished every single time for even attempting to do so.

That was until one time where he was nearly a teen, he had successfully managed, sneaking out of his family's den to explore the outside surroundings. The sky darkened with nighttime, a soft glow over the trees and water that drifted down from the moon, which was partially covered with clouds that were the hue of light blue. It filled him with both awe and confusion. If the world was so beautiful, why did his parents forbid him from seeing it?

This confusion tampered down slowly as he approached another cave that was darker than his family's one. Instead, excitement was on his mind, he was finally going to be able to explore things like the adventurer he's always wanted to be. And without a second's thought, he hurried inside, his three eyes staying wide open so he could adjust to the newfound darkness.

But, when his vision finally did do so, he was struck with horror. Skulls, skeletons, whatever bone-related was strung out on the floor and walls like some sort of sick decoration. What he once thought was just a cave was instead a tunnel system. Unfortunately for Beach, at the end of the first hallway closest to him was a pair of peering eyes that seemed to almost glow peeking out from behind the corner, staring directly into him.

If he had paid some more attention, he'd be able to pick up that it was a dragon near his age, but his terror was too strong. Which resulted in him turning on his high horse and darting out of the tunnels and all the way back to his cave. Managing to hurry inside without making much noise.

OLD BIO

On a lonesome day, a dragon stalked the beaches. Their claws dragged along the sand as their eyes continuously darted around, as though to spot something.

It didn't take long until they arrived at the destination they seemingly wanted to go. It was a cave, dark and gloomy but that didn't stop them from walking in, going further and further into the shadows. Moments later, a light began to breach the cave, coming from above, the dragon continued.

Eventually, they pause, eyes drawn down towards the large batch of eggs laying upon a nest.

A hum comes from the dragon as they crouched beside one of them, noticing the cracks that were covering the shell.

Gently, they tap the egg when a dragonet pops out, talons swinging outwards like the youngster had grown frustrated being trapped inside.

"Hello." coos the dragon softly, the young one turning their head up suddenly and sharply. Before then returning the sound with their own, a soft chirp.

A low chuckle escapes the dragon, "I like you already, my son.", they'd pause, "Let's name you . . . Beach."

The dragonet yippers something that is unable to be understood, but the dragon likes to think that they- excuse me, he, enjoys the name.

"Well, welcome to the family, Beach. Now let's wait for your siblings."

Beach was always a chaotic child, barging into other's conversation's, knocking things over constantly, being loud, but there was always love in the hearts of the parents, no matter how loud and annoying he may have been.

But as times changed and ticked by, he slowly matured alongside. Eventually joining the Arcane flight and becoming a fierce warrior, fighting off monsters and collecting items for the flight. Though, there was always a chaos side to him, it was quiet and barely there most of the time but when it was there, he was a delight to be around.

The time came soon where he had to find a mate. He had been a fresh adult at the time, and the idea of having a partner frightened him, causing him to flee the flight in a panicked state when asked by the head leaders.

In his state, he had wandered into a dark, gloomy cave. Trudging deeper into the darkness without a single thought other than 'GET AWAY, GET AWAY, PANIC' flowing through his mind. When he tired, he collapsed onto a spot that had a hint of light. With his eyes closed, Beach regained his breathe, the running making him grow exhausted. Just barely cracking an eye open, he'd notice that the hint of light was coming from a cave that had a torch seemingly inside.

Desperate to get out of the darkness that was starting to scare him, he hurriedly found the way in, shuddering to a halt when he spots another dragon inside.

"Who goes there?" asks the stranger without turning their back, Beach quietly noticing they had a feminine voice, a dragoness maybe.

"Uhm, n-no one." he answers pitifully.

"Don't play dumb with me Toxinspot, I know-" she turns around, freezing when her eyes land on Beach, who stood awkwardly in the doorway. But now that she turned, he could spot a long scroll laying on a stone table, her pointer claw dripping with ink.
