Nyalotha sees the Warlords as a means to an end. He is comfortable as they blaze a trail of destruction across Sornieth, seeing it as well-deserved. Most would classify Nyalotha as insane. He speaks a language which even Sornieth's most learned scholars cannot decipher. He speaks of powerful beings who existed far before dragons, before deities, before Sornieth itself. The universe is for Their taking, he says, and most dragons would be justified in ignoring his ramblings.
However, Nyalotha is content with his status as an outcast. He trusts that one day, when They return, all of Sornieth will beg for his forgiveness. The Maldraxxi keep him around because he is a skilled soldier. He sticks around knowing the Maldraxxi are nothing more than cannon fodder to him.
