Name: Neptune "Neppy" Seabringer
Age: 250 yrs
Background: One of the oldest members of Matsu's Moonlight Guild. He came across the pirates when he was a wee lad and feel in love with the shenanigans almost immediately. Matsu took the young Coatl under his wing and he has been a faithful first mate ever since. He can be quite serious but within is a young boy still excited that he is a pirate.
