One half of a mechanic... How can someone be just half a mechanic? Well you see calling him a full fledged one woud be overselling his abilities. Notori just takes things apart, but he's very good at that.
Those jeweled claws work with deadly precision. He knows where to pry to pop a gizmo open, or which screw makes even the biggest machinery to fall apart. Just keep your valuables away from those fidgety hands. Or if it's too late, you can still ask his mate for help.
