I have a dream...

Rudra is a confident and driven man, devoted to his dreams and ideals. He appears to be more rational and serious than his best friend Shiva.
In the past, Rudra and Shiva were great friends, despite their different personalities. One day, Rudra asked Shiva to accompany him on his journey to the peak of Svarga. Together, the two fought all 1115 Hindu Gods and then arrived at the peak of Svarga where they fought to see who was the strongest. After the fight, Rudra admitted defeat and let Shiva become the leader of the Hindu Pantheon.

During Shiva's battle against Raiden Tameemon, Rudra watched hidden in the stadium before being approached by other notable Hindu Gods: Brahma, Vishnu, Indra, Agni and Varuna. Throughout the fight, he cheered on his friend and witnessed his victory over Raiden. Shortly after the fight, Rudra and the rest went to congralute Shiva for his victory, where he helped Shiva to walk as he was about to pass out due to his injuries.
