_____________ Firelock was forged in Polyhex before the Great War. When smelting pools started being constructed around the place, Firelock became a worker who was in charge of maintaining the heat of these smelting pools. Through a work incident (including the slip of a servo and an accidental dip in boiling metal), Firelock found out that their frame could tolerate way more heat than it should have.

Firelock was a stoic and intimidating figure among her co-workers, and some believe that she had a personal furnace built inside her with all the smoke and licks of fire rolling off her frame at times. The only hints of feelings only surface when she oversees the agonizing deaths of Autobots captured in battles. Firelock took a leap of faith and travelled to Sorneith in her alt-mode, a space shuttle, and hurriedly scanned a Ridgeback for her new disguise --- which turned out to be quite fitting for her.

It was unknown why Firelock had decided to leave her post, but her disappearance went unquestioned. Firelock found an abandoned inn near and now resides there with a stowaway Minibot, allowing Autobots and Decepticons alike to rest and rehabilitate away from the chaos of their war-torn planet. It's a wonder how it's gone unnoticed by sinister mechs... 		Bottled Embers
