Biography
One sunny day saw this young Spiral flying out over the West Wind Clan with hardly a care in the world. She was making good time; She had already left her home in the south and was nearly past the Windswept Plateau, when a sudden thermal coming off the Great Furnace blasted her up and back, throwing her back into the Windsinger's territory. Hitting the edge of a cliff in the Reedcleft Ascent, she blacked out in an instant.
When she awoke, it was to that of a pair of curious eyes surrounded by tuft upon tuft of blue and white sparkling fur staring at her. Seeing their color, pale as the first snow just as her were, a panic shot through her. Had she really been launched all the way back to the Southern Icefield?! She scrambled past the young Tundra and did her best to take to the skies, but a sharp pain in her wing sent her crashing into the bamboo.
Bamboo?
Drat, she may not be all the way back home, but she'd still lost so much progress!
She curled into herself, hissing with lips pulled back and tail lashing against the ground in endless whips and circles as the other dragon approached her. She wanted to explore and find a new family, not just take a quick skip up to the Plateau! She writhed under the stranger's unrelenting gaze as he came nearer. Slowly he opened his mouth, making many a sharp tooth visible. She closed tight her eyes, fearing the worse when...
"LadyyyyYYYYY!!"
Her eyes flew open to see that her unwanted companion turned not towards her, fangs bared, but over his shoulder and scanning the area. His face held... concern?
For me? But he--
She was interrupted from her thoughts as another Tundra came bursting through the reeds, panting and panicked. The speckled sun glinted off her coat like the first dew on rose blossoms, and despite her dramatic appearance, she seemed to exude an aura of comfort.
The darker Tundra gestured with his head to where the little one lay tangled up in herself amongst the bamboo. The new arrival strode over to her, her breath calming to a temperate rhythm and a look of worry evident on her face.
"Oh my poor dear," She said, and her voiced washed over the panicked Spiral like a soothing balm, who found herself leaning into the outstretched paw before her, "You've been hurt..."
