THIS CREATURE DID NOT WANT TO BE CREATED........
  • i got a pair with 25% odds of getting these colors pretty soon into the project. I was like oh this'll be easy
  • TEN EGGS ACROSS FOUR NESTS. they refuse to land on that 1 in 4 chance.
  • they fail me on a halloween hatchdate. they fail me the week that WHILE they're nesting, the abberation scrolls AND primal eye vials go on flash sale
  • a godsend! a dragon with the exact colors (one of only TWO unexalted ones existing previously!) pops up on the AH! i now have 50% odds! SURELY now the end is in sight!
  • of Course i get wegged. and wrong colors again
  • although....last nest, the tenth egg from the 1 in 4 pair, i did manage to finally get the one OTHER result that might be useful (that my dragons didnt see fit to give me before either): a girl with the same colors as her mom so that I can have a second pair.
  • the odds would only be 1 in 12 and i didn't THINK I'd need a backup pair for a project that had such good odds already!!! but these dragons are just SO cringe and fail, it's worth a shot.
  • after months of betrayal by dragons with great odds. finally this lower-odds pair manages to hit the colors i needed. incredible.
IT'S OKAY CREATURE. NOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN BROUGHT INTO THIS WORLD, EVEN IF IT WAS AGAINST YOUR WISHES, I SHALL NOT ABANDON YOU LIKE YOUR FATHER IN THE ORIGINAL STORY....YOU ARE SAFE AND LOVED.
