Sunswept brings the summer air, holds it in her chest and breathes it through the Labyrinth each year. For three quarters of a year she sleeps, recovering from the summer and building her own energy for month after month until the sun is the closest it will be and touches the forest, touches her. Only then does she wake once more to release what she's stored within herself for so long. It's an ability few possess, to keep such staggering amounts of energy only to release it in such a wave, and more inexperienced dragons have collapsed under the pressure, but Sunswept thrives. She rises and falls to the sun, waking beneath it's rays and compelling the plants around her to bear fruits and seeds, to grow and spread, and they do. The bounty she coaxes out of the forests and jungles is enough to feed the entire Gladewalker clan for months after. Fruits, vegetables, grains and seeds, all swell with Sunswepts awakening, tangible products of her efforts.

During the summer there is no sleep for Sunswept and it is only during the summer that she's allowed to experience life. She lives each day and night to the fullest, experiencing all she can before she must slumber once more. She becomes a driving force, always setting about some task or some activity that often involves many others. She organizes and she plans, always one step ahead of even herself until all at once everything stops and she sleeps once more.
