Frostburn

Frostburn is not a flesh and blood dragon, but an animated ice statue. His original point of origin was the domain of the Icewarden when he was chiseled out of frozen solid ice to serve as a guard statue for one of the buildings. His creator is unknown. At some point, he was displaced and ended up in the Plaguebringer's territory, where he was then animated by plague sorcery. He knows nothing of who awakened him, but a poem was present at his feet. He went on and passed through many territories and clans, before eventually settling in the Outsiders clan. Although comfortable in this shadowy clan, he can't help but have memories of how he resided in the place where the Shade was imprisoned, and how he'd even had firsthand encounters with dragons afflicted by it during his journey.
