Ekeltu is a generation one dragon, she's regarded as a direct offspring of the gods.

Ekeltu’s children all died shortly after hatching. It’s rumored that she sacrifices them to ensure her own political security.

She surpassed other witches in the clan to secure a high status position on the clan executive board with social engineering. She is in the ranks with Noor in notoriety. She lives in seclusion.

The executive officers of the lair are arranging the resources to morph her into a coatl, which would perhaps cure her silence.
