"And so I helped take down and actual Wartoad that one time!" the shimmering blue Skydancer told as he smiled at the young dragoness beside him. She had been passing through and was staying at the clan for a couple of days, so Tramonto had made it his duty to make sure she felt at home. "You're pretty nice, how long have you been fighting for?" the young female asked, looking up at Tramonto's deep purple eyes. "Well, I've been fighting for a couple of years, and I was practically a natural from the first training session!" he said proudly, his feathers moved slightly in the breeze as he looked off into the distance for a few moments, before turning back to the dragoness, smiling. "So, does a gorgeous young dragon like you have a mate?" Tramonto asked with a smirk.

"Tramonto? I need your help real quick!" he heard a familiar voice call, before he could get an answer. He sighed as he looked towards the origin of the voice, a pretty, blue Guardian dressed in silks was looking towards him, waiting for him to come over. "Well, duty's calling, sorry darling. Maybe we can continue this conversation later this evening?" the handsome Skydancer said, winking at the younger dragoness as he turned away, trotting towards his friend and leader.

"What's wrong, Kithan?" he asked when he came to a halt next to the taller dragon, noting her worried expression as she motioned him to follow her. "There's been an attack on one of the training groups again. This is the third time since the last full moon, Tramonto. I have spoken with Marcius already and he said the creature attacking the trainees is a Roc, but I have never seen one this far north." Kithan told the Skydancer next to her with a sigh, as she led him into her den. "I wanted to ask for your opinion before I send anyone off to face a Roc, especially since we have no idea why one would even be here in the first place!" the older Guardian sighed as she sat down.

"Well, is Marcius sure that it was a Roc and not another large bird? Maybe a particularly big Zalis? I've seen some that grew to be fairly big... I would say we send a small group of dragons to see if it actually is a Roc. If it is we can talk about what we do with it afterward." Tramonto said, "I wouldn't worry too much! We can handle a big, dumb bird any time, Kithan!"
