Apoy-Usok serves a vital role to the clan as their midway with their various beastclan allies. Tsit Krh'akarhuza welcomes creatures of all shapes and sizes, and many of the can's members are non-dragons.

Apoy is a serious soul, often thinking on the logical side of things. When the body must rest and Usok rests with it, Apoy remains awake to keep watch and read books about military stratagem and honorable warfare. He can speak Talonok, Harpy, and Serthis, the three clans most educated in war and combat, and often discusses battle tactics with the local groups, recording anything he is given permission to put to parchment. Of all the dragons in the clan, none can maintain a longer conversation with the reclusive General Dreamsicle than Apoy.

Usok is fond of daydreaming, and gladly takes control of the body when there is flying to do, as he enjoys it immensely, whereas Apoy is clumsy with wing control. Though Apoy is the faster thinker, their handwriting is neater when Usok is in control of the claws, and they collaborate when letters are to be written. He can speak Maren, Longneck, and Centaur, most often speaking to the Maren to discuss magecraft and undersea bounty, and the Centaurs to share art and culture. Usok also knows limited, rudimentary Mith, but Iskraturhu, the other clan translator, fares better with their humming tones as a Coatl.
