Biography
A strong name given to a sickly dragon, in the hopes that he will grow stronger to suit the name.
The Night King
The bloodline of Noctis, the Night King, has a long and troubled history in the shadow territories. A dark legacy of violence, repression and murder, each previous king ascending to the throne over the corpse of his or her own parents, their chosen heir trained from their hatchday to one day overthrown and replace them, while all siblings deemed not perfect enough were discarded, neglected or even sacrificed for more power. The entire bloodline is cursed, they say.
The court of silence
Dissent from the Night King's tyrannical ways has spread among his people. Stemming from his own blood - two siblings, rejected from the court for not having the strength to challenge their eldest for the crown. Quiet and Silence were shut away, chased off, and would have perished without the help of other dissidents. Their influence has been growing since, and revolution is at hand. With some infiltrated elements in place, they await their moment to strike...
The moon court
Queen Selen's court, in contrast to the corrupted Night King, is one of discrete, contemplative dreamers and philosophers. An unlikely alliance if ever there was one, but Selen's people have mysterious ways. Perhaps her hope is to mitigate and contain the cursed line's influence. Perhaps she wishes to help pull his victims away to find peace and serenity.
