FAQ:

- Can we do anything about people not fulfilling claims?
* Yes! Staff has classified it under bad faith trading.

- Who do I contact if I have problems on the thread?
* Me! Unless it's something an actual site mod should handle though, of course. Then you should use a ticket to submit to staff!

- You didn't respond to me, what do I do?
* Sorry! I'm very forgetful, please feel free to send me a follow up message!

- How long until I can contact you about an unfulfilled claim?
* Given the thread is supposed to have a faster nature, I'd say a week!

- What happens if I take longer then a week to get my art done?
* Keep in contact with the person you've claimed with updates in PMs! I understand some artists take longer to draw, be it due to that's just their process or they have situations that make it harder to. Just keep the person you're drawing for updated! As long as someone is receiving substantial updates and communication that shows the person they will get art, I won't do anything (this does not include promises with no results).

- Should I ask you first or send the person who claimed me a message first?
* Either works! Sometimes people just forget about their claim and need a simple message to remind them, feel free to send the person who's claimed you a message asking if they're still working on the claim. If this doesn't work or you'd rather just message me first, then I'm right here!

- How does the Clean Up Crew Work?
* If someone isn't responding to you and hasn't fulfilled your claim, then you contact me. I will message the person who claimed you and give them two days to respond. If they don't respond by then, then your claim is automatically forwarded to the clean up crew.

- What happens if they respond?
* Then they can continue to work on the claim but if you have anymore issues with lack of communication/lack of a product, the claim is taken right then and there.

- I'm new to Flight Rising and don't know how to add my drawing to my claim!
* Host your image to an image hosting site (if you don't have one, Discord (in a private server made by you) or Imgur are popular) and then right click them and copy their URL. Hit the pencil icon in the top right of your post and then type [img]Copy and paste your image URL here[/img]. After hit 'submit' and you should be good!

- The above didn't work! What should I do?
* Double check your url ends in .png or the file name and if it doesn't, delete everything afterward - sometimes it'll have random numbers and letters that make it mess up. If that doesn't work, you can PM me and I can try to help you!

7/23/23: Rules have been cut down and made more brief where they could be along with a rule being added that traditional art is allowed (sorry for not explicitly stating so sooner!). I have also added a note at the top of the thread stating when the last update has been done along with a link to this spot to let people know they need to check the thread / what has changed!
