Lyra

Lyra is a very highly intelligent dragon. She is quiet and thoughtful, and very carefully plans out her days. Lyra is very interested in the movements of objects across Sornieth's sky. She has carefully recorded her observations over her long lifetime, both in the northern and southern hemispheres. From her data, she has developed a system for keeping track of time over the course of a day, as well as a solar calendar for the year. If someone interrupts her stargazing, however, they risk facing her wrath; Lyra is prone to suddenly becoming apoplectic if her studies are interrupted and she loses track of what she was doing.

Lyra is pretty close with Zenith and Xenon; the three of them have collaborated to create clocks for the clan. She has also enlisted their help in creating a large and powerful telescope. They also enjoy just spending time with each other, and talking about their interests. Lyra is also good friends with Apollo and Umbra. Apollo and Umbra are fascinated with the heavens too, so Lyra teaches them about it. She's quite flattered to have attentive students.

Lyra is a very old sundial fae aberration. While she may look youthful, she has lived for several hundred years. Over this time, she has developed black sunspot markings all over her scales; this is the only true sign of her age. As a fae aberration, she doesn't care for the pursuits of mortals. All of her attention is focused on matters concerning the heavens. Lyra has traveled all over Sornieth, observing the skies and recording her data. She has decided to settle down in Brighthaven for the time being, and is using her knowledge to help its inhabitants.
