Co-Founder of the Starfield Clan

Flesh was unlike the other Mirrors in his pack. It wasn't the fact he was born with crippled wings. His pack traveled by land rather than flight. It wasn't his eyes, the outcome of being hatched in a land saturated with magic. It was his personality. Fearsome though he may seem on the surface, Flesh is jovial and talkative, very different from the Mirrors that barely talked and were serious most of the time. He wasn't much of a fighter either, though his claws and teeth were just as tough as any other Mirror. That just wasn't what Flesh was.

During a failed hunt with his pack, Flesh fell and broke one of his legs. Unable to use his wings, he was left to limp along as his pack migrated from place to place. Over time, the distance between him and his pack grew farther and farther until he was completely left behind, unable to keep up. However, Flesh never gave up trying to track them down and join them again. He was loyal to a fault.

After years of searching and limping through the realms, Flesh was found by Ebony. Ebony was quick to tend to Flesh's bad leg, and although it is impossible to truly get rid of the limp, she was able to heal him to the point that he can run yet again. After explaining his story, Ebony promised to travel with Flesh until he could find his pack. However, over time, their plans changed. Flesh came to admire Ebony, and the two of them became inseparable. Soon, his loyalty was no longer to the pack, but to Ebony and the clan they dreamed of creating together. When they found the Star Field, Flesh was happy because he had finally found a home.

Flesh acts as Ebony's second-in-command (though Ebony would be quick to say he is her equal when it comes to clan matters). When Ebony is away, he takes care of the others as much as possible, giving out orders whenever needed and keeping track of the hatchlings. He is proud of all of the dragons in his clan, and when a dragon leaves the nest to find their greater calling in the world, he is the one that always ends up crying.
