Orchid is a curious dragon, who loves to learn new things. He can also be quite shy, however, leaving him with questions he's too scared to ask, questions he'll never get the answers too. He prefers keeping to dark corners and shadows, staying out of site, although he can warm up to people he deems friendly enough fairly quickly. There are, however, a few things that will calm them down enough to speak up on occasion; One of those things is Mist, the dragon Orchid is in a queer-platonic relationship with. Orchid and Mist are close to an incredible degree; they spend nearly all of their time together, take care of their familiars together, and even adopted and raised twins together. And that isn't the only thing that will calm Orchid down, the other being familiars. The mere presence of a dragon's familiar, whether Orchid has met them before or not, is bound to calm them down. Orchid loves the little guys, and adores helping Petal and Cai take care of them, when given the opportunity. Orchid also likes to hum to calm themself down, although they'll stop the second they realise someone is listening. |

Orchid hails from the Starwood Strand. He left out of boredom and an interest for adventure and exploring the rest of the world, travelling far across Sornieth before finally settling down in the clan he now calls home. Soon after joining the clan, Orchid met Mist. Mist was incredibly helpful, aiding Orchid in settling down and making new friends in the clan, including Petal, the beast keeper, and Shai, the gardener and tea-maker, who soon all became close friends, along with Ghost, who Orchid frequently works with towards various goals. Orchid and Mist got to know each other, and soon after got into a QPR. They've been inseparable ever since. |
