Background:

"You'd make a good Seeker," Limpidus said, the warmth of Light in his voice.

Somehow, she doubted it. She was just here for a drink, but she supposed she got a new job. She'd still grab that drink though.

Rustedlight found themselves sitting by a window in the Airship's tavern, taking no notice of those around her. In their mind, it didn't feel that long ago, when they decided to abandon their allegiance to the Gaoler Orders, instead opting to travel the world. Their name was a mockery, but they didn't care. It was just something for them to reclaim. Now that they've seen a thing or two, they supposed they. grew into the name.

She never resented the Orders, though. She just didn't want to join one. She supposed Seeker wouldn't be that bad. She's grateful nobody tried to make her a Sentinel on some silly claim of "more experience, more authority."

She considered herself a feather, traveling without restriction and on a breeze, but in time, she found herself to be an anchor, keeping the community grounded.

Now, when they take a trip down to the tavern, they always find a familiar face.
