CLYTEMNESTRA GIAKOUMAKIS
kind · spirited · flippant
―――――――――――――
  BRANCH ; Iustinious Dei
  RANK ; Templar
  GUILD ; Independent
  ROLE ; Independent
  TEAMMATE ; Any/None
  STATUS ; Alive
―――――――――――――

Despite the fact that Iustinious Dei disappeared hundreds of years ago, his powers linger. The Heralds are born of his divinity and retain their powers, and even his ambient magic remains active. As such, he still has Templars, the highest rank of the Order, despite these Templars having no deity to report to. It leaves them largely independent, seen as both people to look up to being the best of the best, but also perhaps pitiable.

Clytemnestra started out as many do. She was placed in the Order at a young age by her parents, given little choice but to serve the Heralds. At first she struggled and rebelled, acting out as much as possible in the hopes that they'd let her go. This struggle would eventually turn into her throwing herself into training instead, which largely soothed this anger until eventually she began to thrive.

It wasn't sublimation or acceptance so much as changing her perspective. Once she saw it not as a chain but as a choice, it helped immensely. She would climb up the ranks, command her own guild, and spend several missions with Grand Captain Creon, a Templar of renown. When it was time to uplift the next Templar of Ios after the previous one was exiled, Clytemnestra was chose. It's a role she's proud to be in- she attacks every aspect of her life with gusto, peppy energy that radiates from the core of her being. She does not allow herself to dwell on the lack where her patron should be. Instead she makes sure she spends every waking moment proving to the world that his power remains, and that should he return, she'll have made him proud.

Exalting Clytemnestra to the service of the Icewarden will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
